Monster Kid (MK) was found on the outskirts of a small town, talking to himself and his 'friends' (which were nothing more than hallucinations). The townspeople found that enough reason to throw him into Mt. Ebott. Once there he was diagnosed with Psychosis.
Appearance
Monster Kid looks much like his Undertale counterpart, but his pupils have dilated and at times he may appear more pale than usual.
